摘要
自释釉是利用烧成或干燥过程中坯体自身释放熔(溶)剂扩散到表面而形成釉层,由于省去釉料加工和施釉环节,可以显著降低生产成本。当前自释釉还没有规模化应用于生产中,一些形成机理还有待于深入研究。本文综述了自释釉种类、形成机理、应用前景及存在问题,并对自释釉制备技术前景进行了展望。
Self-releasing glaze is formed due to the release of melts from its self-body during the drying or firing processes. The production cost can be significantly reduced owing to the skipping of the related processing and glazing steps. Currently, self-releasing glaze has not been applied to large scale production, mainly because the formation mechanisms have not been completely clarified. In this article, the type, forming mechanism and application prospect of self-releasing glaze, as well as the problems encountered during the preparation process, are reviewed. At the same time, the future development of self-releasing glaze is briefly prospected.
