摘要
燃煤电厂项目前期设计时,由于存在气候、水文、特殊地理条件等诸多影响因素,无法确定煤炭堆场施工设备等设计细则,后期需建设临时煤场以满足项目需求。基于此,以孟加拉湾的内河口项目为背景,从环境因素、最大经济效益(以下简称经效)作业天数、消耗分布因素物流因素、平面地域与交通因素、储煤场设备增设及堆场设备配置等方面探讨临时煤场设置方案,以此为类似工程提供参考。
During the preliminary design of coal-fired power plant project, due to many influencing factors such as climate, hydrology and special geographical conditions, it is impossible to determine the design rules of coal storage yard and construction equipment, so temporary coal yard needs to be built in the later stage to meet the project requirements. Based on this, taking the estuary project in the bay of Bengal as the background, this paper discusses the setting scheme of temporary coal yard from the aspects of environmental factors, maximum effective operating days, consumption distribution factors, logistics factors, plane area and traffic factors, coal storage yard equipment addition and storage yard equipment configuration, etc., so as to provide reference for similar projects.
