摘要
为了改善单相分布式绕组异步电动机绕线工序复杂、绕组槽满率低、绕组端部过长等缺点,研究了单相环形绕组异步电动机的可行性,论述了该电机的结构、设计要点。根据单相环形绕组异步电动机运行原理和结构的特点,利用Maxwell 2D有限元软件,搭建电机模型进行仿真计算,进而对电机的瞬态性能进行仿真模拟,计算出该电机的起动性能和输出功率,并且分析了该电机在额定转速运行时,铁心磁密的分布及饱和情况,为电机设计提供参考。
The single phase induction motor with conventional distributed winding has a lot of disadvantages,such as complicated stator winding process,low slot fill factor,and long end-connection length etc.To improve these shortcomings,the possibility of single phase toroidal winding induction motor was studied,moreover the new structure of the motor and main points for designing the motor were also discussed.According to the working principle and the special structure of the single phase toroidal winding induction motor,Maxwell 2D,the finite element method software was used for modeling and simulation.The motor's transient performance,the starting performance,the output power and the efficiency of the motor were evaluated through the simulation model.The distribution and saturation of the iron core magnetic flux during the rated speed were also analyzed,which provides a reference for motor design.
