摘要 为了提高谷物收获过程中的自动化程度,提升谷物质量,针对谷子的生长特性,对大中型自走式谷子联合收获机的割台、脱粒滚筒、清选筛及凹板等关键部件进行优化设计,并生产样机。以谷子损失率、破碎率和含杂率为试验指标对整机进行田间试验及性能检测,结果表明:该样机基本解决了割台丢穗掉穗的问题,降低了割台损失率;在保证脱粒作业效果同时,避免了滚筒内堵塞和谷子夹带问题;降低了谷子的破碎率和清选损失,提升了谷子清选率,检测结果符合国家标准。 In order to improve the overall animation during the grain harvest and improve the quality of the grain,this paper optimizes the key components such as the cutting head,threshing drum,cleaning screen and concave plate of the large and medium-sized self-propelled combine harvester according to the growth characteristics of the millet Design and produce prototypes.The field test and performance test of the whole machine were carried out based on the test indicators of millet loss rate,crushing rate and impurity rate.The results showed that the prototype basically solved the problem of header drop and ear drop and reduced the header loss rate;At the same time,the effect of threshing operation avoids the problems of blockage and entrainment of millet in the drum;it reduces the crushing rate and cleaning loss of millet,improves the cleaning rate of millet,and the test results meet the requirements of national standards.
