Expression and clinical significance of TIG2 protein and interleukins 23 and 17 in patients with eczema

目的分析TIG2蛋白和白细胞介素23(IL-23)、17在湿疹患者中的表达及临床意义。方法将我院收治的155例湿疹患者作为研究组,根据患者严重程度指数(EASI)评分分为轻度组(50例)、中度组(52例)和重度期(53例),选取同期54例健康体检者作为对照组,对比各组TIG2蛋白、IL-23、IL-17水平,分析各项指标的水平含量在不同人群中的表达及临床意义。结果四组TIG2蛋白、IL-23、IL-17水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但轻度组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),重度组高于对照组、轻度组及中度组(P<0.05)。研究组嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平高于对照组,重度组EOS水平、EASI评分最高(P<0.05);湿疹患者TIG2蛋白、IL-23、IL-17水平与EOS、EASI评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论TIG2蛋白、IL-23、IL-17水平的表达与湿疹患者的严重程度及EOS的表达具有相关性,患者病情越严重TIG2蛋白、IL-23、IL-17水平表达越高。

Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of TIG2 protein and interleukins 23(IL-23)and 17(IL-17)in patients with eczema.Methods One hundred and fifty-five patients with eczema admitted to our hospital were selected as the study group.They were divided into mild group(n=50),moderate group(n=52),and severe group(n=53)according to the patient's eczema area and severity index(EASI)score.Another 54 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as control group.The TIG2 protein,IL-23 and IL-17 of each group were compared,and the expression and clinical significance of various indicators in different people were analyzed.Results The levels of TIG2 protein,IL-23,and IL-17 in the four groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TIG2 protein,IL-23,and IL-17 between the mild group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of the severe group were higher than those of the control group,mild group,and moderate group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in erythrocyte sedimentation rate,albumin,globulin,serum creatinine,lymphocytes,platelets and other indicators between the control group and the study group(P>0.05).The EOS in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with the highest EOS level and EASI score in the severe group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of TIG2 protein,IL-23,and IL-17 in patients with eczema was positively correlated with EOS and EASI scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of TIG2 protein,IL-23 and IL-17 is correlated with the severity of patients with eczema and the expression of EOS.The more severe the patient's condition is,the higher the expression of TIG2 protein,IL-23 and IL-17 is.
