澳大利亚TAE培训对我国职业教育教师培训的启示

Vocational education in Australia is highly developed and its excellent system is studied and co-opted by many countries.In Australia,TAE is a special training program aimed to improve vocational education teachers'ability.Only those who have attended TAE training and obtained the required certificate can engage in vocational education.The training program is subject to strict approval procedures and legal regulations in terms of organization,management and training content,etc.We can draw on Austrilian experiences for the training of vocational education teachers in China.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of Austrilian TAE training and puts forward corresponding suggestions on access standard,ability standard,training content and so on.
