摘要
为了深入探究测量电容对介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharge,DBD)反应器放电的影响,利用自行设计的内外双水冷式DBD反应器串联不同的测量电容进行试验研究。设计搭建了DBD反应器放电试验系统,并结合Lissajous图形与蒙特卡罗方法分析了不同测量电容的电容值对DBD反应器放电参数的影响。研究结果表明:在相同的外加电压下,减小测量电容值会增加DBD反应器的介质等效电容和减小气隙等效电容;DBD反应器功率、单周期传输电荷、维持电压、气隙有效电场强度和气隙折合电场强度均随着测量电容值的减小而增大。不同的测量电容值会对DBD反应器的放电参数产生影响,匹配测量电容值对DBD放电参数的准确测量有重要的指导意义。
In order to investigate the effects of monitor capacitor on the discharge performance of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)reactors,a self-designed internal and external dual-water-cooled DBD reactor was used to connect different monitor capacitors for experiments.The DBD reactor discharge test system was designed and built.The Lissajous graph and the Monte Carlo method were used to analyze the influences of different monitor capacitor on the discharge parameters of DBD reactor.The results show that,with the decrease of the measuring capacitance,the dielectric capacitance increases and the gas gap capacitance decreases under the same voltage.The power of the DBD reactor,single circle transport charge,burning voltage,effective electric field of the discharge gap and reduced field of the discharge gap increase with the decrease of monitor capacitor.Therefore,different monitor capacitors will affect the discharge parameters of DBD reactor,and matching monitor capacitor has important guiding significance for the accurate measurement of DBD discharge parameters.
