摘要
从施工企业角度出发,将管理环节和管理重点前置到项目开工之前,通过制定科学、周密、可行的前期策划,突出项目管理在成本预控和二次经营方面的两条主线。明确成本内控的重点内容,完善项目造价管理的程序和方法,并通过策划建立项目经济效益考核模型,旨在为提升项目管理水平和企业盈利能力提供一些有益的借鉴。
From the viewpoint of construction enterprises,this paper proposes putting the management process and management key points to the early stage before construction,hgighlights the two main lines of project management in cost pre-control and second operations by making scientific,thorough and feasible preliminary planning.Clarifies the key content of cost internal control,improves the procedures and methods of project cost management,and establishes the assessment model of project economic benefits through planning,so as to provide some useful references for improving the level of project management and the profitability of enterprises.
