围术期心理护理在肛瘘患者中的应用

Application of perioperative psychological nursing in patients with anal fistula

目的探讨围术期的心理护理在肛瘘患者中的应用。方法选取2018年7月~2019年7月在我院接受手术治疗的80例肛瘘患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数分组模式分成对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组给予围术期的常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予围术期的心理护理,比较两组护理前后的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪改善情况、生活质量情况和护理满意度。结果两组护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于护理前,且研究组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后生活质量评分高于护理前,且研究组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肛瘘患者围术期的心理护理干预有助于缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁负面情绪,并显著提高患者生活质量,还可构建和谐护患关系,减少护患纠纷发生,在临床有积极的推广意义。

Objective To explore the application of perioperative psychological nursing in patients with anal fistula.Methods Altogether 80 patients with anal fistula who received surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)according to odd even grouping mode.The control group was given perioperative routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given perioperative psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The improvement of anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,with statistical differences(P<0.05);and the scores of SAS and SDS of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the quality of life scores of the study group after nursing were higher than those of control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of perioperative psychological nursing intervention in patients with anal fistula is helpful to alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and improve the patients′quality of life significantly.At the same time,it can also build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and reduce the occurrence of disputes between nurses and patients,which has a positive significance in clinical promotion.
