摘要
作为念珠菌的类型之一,白色念珠菌在临床上相对较为常见。主要分布于人类口腔、肠道、上呼吸道以及女性阴道中,在人体内的数量相对较少。因此,在免疫系统的抑制下,不会对人体造成影响。然而,若患者机体免疫能力降低,白色念珠菌会大量繁殖,诱发全身系统性感染与皮肤黏膜感染等问题,不利于患者健康。白色念珠菌对于患者机体组织的粘附是侵入与感染的基础,因此,积极做好白色念珠菌粘附机制的研究与探索,有利于提高该病菌的治疗水平。
As one of the types of Candida,Candida albicans is relatively common in clinic.It is mainly distributed in human mouth,intestines,upper respiratory tract and female vagina,but the number in human body is relatively small.Therefore,under the inhibition of the immune system,it will not affect the human body.However,if the immune capacity of patients is reduced,Candida albicans will multiply in large numbers,which will lead to systemic infection and skin mucosal infection,which is not conducive to the health of patients.The adhesion of Candida albicans to patients'tissues is the basis of invasion and infection.Therefore,it is beneficial to improve the treatment level of Candida albicans by actively researching and exploring the adhesion mechanism.
