大学附属医院临床医学学科与大学基础学科共建模式初探

Exploration on the mode of co-construction between clinical medicine in university affiliated hospital and basic discipline in university

高水平学科建设是医院提高核心竞争力,实现可持续发展的重要抓手。大学附属医院在学科建设上有优势,也面临诸多困境。开展临床医学学科与大学基础学科共建,促进临床与基础深度融合,提升医院综合科技创新能力是一种有益的探索。文章以广州医科大学附属第二医院与广州医科大学基础医学院学科共建取得初步成效的经验为例,探讨了大学附属医院临床医学学科与大学基础学科共建模式的实施措施和成效,为大学附属医院开展学科建设进行了有益的尝试。

High-level discipline construction plays an important role in hospital sustainable development.University affiliated hospitals have advantages in discipline construction but also face many difficulties.It is a beneficial exploration for university affiliated hospitals’clinical medicine discipline to cooperate with university basic disciplines,integrating clinical and basic researches,enhancing hospital innovation ability.This paper takes the co-construction of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and the School of Basic Medical Sciences as an example,to discuss the implementation measures and results of the mode of the joint construction of clinical medicine and basic disciplines.
