超薄预制混凝土保温复合墙板制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用真空绝热板制作超薄预制混凝土保温复合墙板可以最大限度地实现外围护墙体的承重、保温、装饰、防火、防水、耐久性等功能,可以大大减少保温层和外页板厚度,同时解决真空绝热板不可切割、“三明治”保温墙板外页板厚度过厚带来的安全隐患、保温材料不能与建筑物同寿命等问题。探索了超薄预制混凝土保温复合墙板的制备工艺,并对墙板的系统拉伸黏结性能、抗开裂性能和热工性能进行研究。结果表明:界面剂有利于改善真空绝热板与砂浆、混凝土等无机材料的黏结,CM砂浆与界面剂的界面黏结强度略高于SM砂浆与界面剂的界面黏结强度;I-SM砂浆适合作为墙板的外页板砂浆层,具有较好的抗开裂性能和耐久性,对于塑料膨胀锚栓连接件和不锈钢插销式连接件均有较好的适应性;与玻化微珠保温砂浆相比,聚乙烯(PE)棒对墙板热工性能的影响较小,更适宜作为板缝填充材料。 The use of vacuum insulation panels to make ultra-thin precast concrete sandwich wall can integration the load-bearing,thermal insulation,decoration,fireproof,waterproof,durability and other functions of the external retaining wall at utmost,which can greatly reduce thickness of the insulation layer and the outer sheet,at the same time solve the problem that the vacuum insulation board can not be cut,the safety of the outer surface caused by that the sandwich insulation wall board is too thick,and the insulation material cannot be the same as the life of the building.The preparation process of ultra-thin precast concrete insulation composite wallboard was explored,and the system′s tensile bonding properties,crack resistance and thermal performance of the wallboard were studied.The results show that the interface agent is beneficial to improve the adhesion of vacuum insulation board to inorganic materials such as mortar and concrete.The interface bond strength between CM mortar and interface agent is slightly higher than that of SM mortar and interface agent.I-SM mortar is suitable as the outer layer mortar layer of wallboard,which has good resistance to cracking and durability,and has good adaptability to plastic expansion anchor connector and stainless steel bolt-type connector.Compared with vitrified micro-bead insulation mortar,polyethylene(PE)rods have less influence on the thermal performance of the wallboard,and are more suitable as a seam filling material.
