摘要
为研究不同中草药复方饲料添加剂对新西兰肉兔生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响,选择150只30日龄(断奶)健康、体重相近的新西兰兔(公兔),随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只,分别为对照组和I、II、III、IV组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加4种不同中草药复方,试验期为40 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,II、III组肉兔全期平均日采食量分别增加7.24%和7.78%(P <0.05)。II组血清葡萄糖含量较对照组显著提高19.97%(P <0.05),II组血清胆固醇比对照组显著降低49.24%(P <0.05),四个中草药组血清甘油三酯均低于对照组(P <0.05),分别减少58.39%、71.14%、24.16%和60.40%;各试验组有增强血清酸性磷酸酶、总蛋白含量的趋势(P> 0.05)。各试验组可显著降低血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平(P <0.05),分别比对照组降低61.41%、44.13%、58.01%和86.35%;II组血清IgG和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著提高(P <0.05),比对照组增加49.16%和58.47%;各处理组对机体其他生产性能、血清生化指标及免疫指标影响不显著。综上所述,饲粮中添加中草药添加剂复方可调节断奶新西兰兔对饲料中蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂类营养的利用,提高机体免疫及抗氧化能力,有利于其生产性能的提高。
This study was designed to investigate the effects of different Chinese herbal combine feed additives on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and immune function of New Zealand rabbits.150 New Zealand rabbits(male rabbits)with 30-day-old(weaning)health and similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups,5 replicates in each group,6 in each replicate,which were control group and groups I,II,III,IV,respectively.The control group was fed with basal diet,and four experimental groups added 4 different Chinese herbal compounds to the basal diet.The experiment lasted for 40 days.The results showed that the average daily feed intake of groups II and III was significantly higher than that of the control group,which increased by 7.24%and 7.78%,respectively(P<0.05).The glucose content in serum of group II was 19.97%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the cholesterol content in serum of group II was 49.24%significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.05).The serum triglyceride contents in the four Chinese herb additive groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),which decreased by 58.39%,71.14%,24.16%and 60.40%,respectively.Each experiment group had a tendency to increase acid phosphatase and total protein content in serum(P>0.05).Serum Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels were significantly lower in each experimental group(P<0.05),which were 61.41%,44.13%,58.01%and 86.35%lower than the control group,respectively.The IgG and superoxide dismutase(SOD)contents of groups II were 49.16%and 58.47%higher than the control.There was no significance on other production performance,serum biochemical indexes and immune indexes among those groups.In summary,the combination of Chinese herbal feed additive in the diet could regulate the utilization of protein,carbohydrate and lipid nutrition in the feed of New Zealand rabbits,improve the body's immunity and antioxidant capacity,and it was conducive to the improvement of production performance.
