摘要
针对传统电供暖控制方法存在智能体之间电压、电流协调控制效果差、温控精度偏低的问题,提出多智能体协调的电供暖DCS自动化控制技术。通过MAS分散协调控制结构中的协调控制Agent、分散控制Agent以及监控Agent三个智能体间的相互通信,实现电供暖DCS自动化控制与监控。设计温控器,利用协调控制Agent评估系统电压、温度状态,将评估结果传输至分散控制Agent,通过协商层和反应层相互作用,调控、维持系统电压、温度的稳定。采用电供暖DCS容错控制结构提升DCS控制的稳定性。实验结果表明,上述控制技术可以保证系统负荷突变时电流、电压的稳定性,且温度控制精准度高,可准确监控系统状态。
In this article,a DCS automatic control technology for electric heating based on multi-agent coordination was proposed.Through the communication among coordinated control Agent,decentralized control Agent and monitoring Agent in MAS decentralized coordinated control structure,the DCS automatic control and monitoring of electric heating was achieved.The temperature controller was designed.The coordinated control Agent was used to evaluate the voltage and temperature state of system,and then the results were transmitted to the decentralized control Agent.Based on the interaction between the negotiation layer and the reaction layer,the stability of voltage and temperature was regulated and maintained.Finally,the DCS fault-tolerant control structure of electric heating was adopted to improve the stability of DCS control.Simulation results show that the proposed technology can ensure the stability of current and voltage when the system load suddenly changes,and the accuracy of temperature control is high,so this technology can accurately monitor the state of system.
