摘要
进行了分流气体对冲排气消声器压力损失数值计算,试验验证了计算方法的准确性,采用Design-Expert设计了压力损失试验,建立了压力损失与试验因素(内腔直径、对冲孔形状、对冲孔中心距、内腔分流单元锥角和气流速度)之间的数学模型,得出了不同变量对压力损失的二阶交互作用响应面,深入分析了变量间的交互影响关系.结果表明:内腔直径和流速是影响压力损失的主要因素,随着流速的增大,压力损失显著增大;随着内腔直径的增大,压力损失先缓慢减小后快速增大;对冲孔形状为矩形时,压力损失较小;对冲孔中心距和内腔分流单元锥角对压力损失影响较小.以压力损失为优化指标,得到了最佳试验条件,研究结果为该类消声器设计理论研究及优化设计提供了参考.
Numerical calculation of pressure loss of the split-stream rushing exhaust muffler was performed and the accuracy of the calculation method was verified by experiment.The experiment of pressure loss was designed by the design-expert method.A mathematical model was established to analyze the relationship between the pressure loss and experiment factors such as the diameter of internal cavity,the shape of the punching hole,the center distance of the punching hole,the cone angle of the internal cavity dividing unit and the airflow speed.The response surfaces of the second order interaction between different variables on the pressure loss were obtained and the interaction relationships were analyzed.The results show that the internal cavity diameter and the airflow velocity are main factors affecting the pressure loss.As the airflow speed increases,the pressure loss increases significantly.As the diameter of internal cavity increases,the pressure loss decreases first and then increases rapidly.When the shape of the punching hole is rectangular,the pressure loss is small.The center distance of the rushing hole and the cone angle of the internal cavity stream unit have little effect on the pressure loss.Taking the pressure loss as the optimization index,the best test condition was obtained.The research results will provide a reference for the theoretical research and optimization design of the split-stream rushing exhaust muffler.
