摘要
文中采用燃烧法、显微观察法、红外光谱法研究了石墨烯改性锦纶纤维的燃烧、外观形态、溶解及红外光谱特征,确定纤维主体为锦纶纤维,结合拉曼光谱法,与纯石墨烯粉体谱图进行比对,实现对石墨烯改性锦纶的定性分析。在定性的基础上,分别采用元素分析法和热重分析法对石墨烯锦纶中石墨烯含量进行了测定。结果表明,两种方法均可测定其含量,且能互相验证,一致性良好。
The characteristics of combustion and dissolution,appearance form,and infrared spectrum characteristics of graphene modified polyamide fiber were studied by burning,microscopic observation and FTIR in this paper.The main body of the fiber was determined to be nylon.The qualitative analysis of graphene modified polyamide was realized by comparing the Raman spectrum with pure graphene powder.On the basis of qualitative analysis,graphene content in graphene polyamide fiber was determined by Element Analysis and TGA.The results show that both methods can be used for the determination,and can verify each other with good consistency.
