摘要
为了快速评价维修汾平高速路基沉降桥头跳车病害,通过测量桥头最大高差评价桥头跳车严重程度,并结合探地雷达图判断路基沉降脱空情况。通过注浆前后弯沉结果评价注浆效果,最后对桥头跳车路段进行为期一年跟踪观测。分析结果表明:脱空路段经过注浆后弯沉普遍降低,高聚物注浆能够快速填充桥头跳车脱空路段;注浆路段通车一年后桥头最大高差略微增加,均不存在跳车现象。由此说明高聚物注浆技术快速维修桥头跳车效果明显。
In order to quickly evaluate the damage of the bridgehead jump at the Fenping expressway subgrade settlement,this paper evaluates the severity of the bridgehead jump by measuring the maximum height difference of the bridgehead,and combined with the ground penetrating radar chart to determine the roadbed settlement emptying situation.The grouting results before and after grouting were used to evaluate the grouting effect.Finally,the bridgehead hopping section was tracked for one year.The analysis results show that the deflection of the voided section generally decreases after grouting,and the polymer grouting can quickly fill the bridgehead jump-off section,the maximum height difference of the bridgehead increases slightly after the grouting section is opened for one year,but there is no jump.Car phenomenon.This shows that the effect of polymer grouting technology for rapid repair of bridgehead jumps is obvious.
