摘要
’桂糖92-66’是近年来广西甘蔗育种计划中使用频率较高的重要亲本之一,科学准确地评价该亲本的遗传特性和育种潜力,可为进一步利用该亲本提供参考依据。本文采用配合力分析方法,研究’桂糖92-66’丛茎数、茎粗、株高、锤度、蔗产量、糖产量6个主要数量性状遗传特性;统计近10年来’桂糖92-66’作为亲本材料的应用情况,并跟踪其后代材料在广西区试中的表现。结果表明,’桂糖92-66’作母本时各性状配合力为正值且高,参试组合的蔗产量、糖产量2个性状的配合力均为正值;’桂糖92-66’作父本时其蔗产量、糖产量2个性状的配合力为正值,参试组合的蔗产量、糖产量的配合力有50%为负值。’桂糖92-66’衍生品种有5个,分别为’桂糖42号’’、桂糖43号’、’桂糖44号’、’桂糖50号’和’桂糖52号’,其中’桂糖42号’、’桂糖44号’两个品种在生产上应用较广。’桂糖92-66’各性状配合力均相对较高,可作为高产高糖亲本利用。在利用’桂糖92-66’时必须考虑组合的异质性、野生资源的代数和野生种与热带种的血缘比例等多种因素,才能提高育种效率。
GT92-66 is one of the most frequently used parental clones in Guangxi sugarcane breeding program in recent years.Scientific and accurate evaluation of its genetic characteristics and breeding potential may provide reference for its further utilization.Six main quantitative traits were studied by combining ability analysis,including stalk number,stalk diameter,plant height,brix,cane yield and sugar yield.The application of GT92-66 in recent decade was counted and the performance of its progenies in the Guangxi regional test were surveyed as well.The results showed that using as female parent,the combining ability of each traits of GT92-66 was positive and high,and the combining ability of cane yield and sugar yield of its combinations were positive as well;using as male parent,its combining ability of cane yield and sugar yield were both positive,meanwhile,among its combinations,fifty percent of the combining ability of cane yield and sugar yield were negative.There were five varieties derived from GT92-66,which were GT42,GT43,GT44,GT50 and GT52,among them,GT42 and GT44 were the most widely used in production.The combining ability of each trait of GT92-66 were relatively high,which could be used as parent for breeding for high yield and sugar content.Using GT92-66,factors such as heterogeneity of combinations,generations of wild resources and consanguinity ratio between wild and noble species should be considered.
