摘要 目的探究60Co-γ射线不同剂量辐照灭菌对鸡内金生药粉质量的影响。方法采用不同剂量60Co-γ射线(4、6、10 kGy)对鸡内金生药粉进行辐照灭菌,监测辐照前后鸡内金生药粉的性状、水分、微生物限度、总含氮量、醇溶性浸出物、薄层鉴别、淀粉酶活性等指标的变化情况。结果经不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌后,样品微生物限度均符合《中国药典》2015年版的要求。不同辐照灭菌剂量样品的性状、水分、总含氮量、醇溶性浸出物、淀粉酶活性及薄层鉴别等项目情况与未辐照样品比较,基本没有变化。结论60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌对鸡内金生药粉中的性状、水分含量、醇溶性浸出物含量、总含氮量、淀粉酶活性、薄层鉴别均没有明显影响。综合考虑选择6 kGy辐照剂量对鸡内金生粉灭菌比较合理,能满足产品质量的要求。 Objective To determine the effect of sterilization with different doses of 60Co-γray irradiation on the quality of endothelium corneum raw powder.Methods Different doses(4,6,10 kGy)of 60Co-γray irradiation were used to sterilize endothelium corneum raw powder.The changes of property,moisture content,microbial limit,total nitrogen content,ethanol soluble extract content,TLC identification and amylase activity of endothelium corneum raw powder before and after the irradiation sterilization were monitored.Results After sterilization with different doses of 60Co-γray irradiation,the microbial limit of the samples met with the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition.The property,moisture content,total nitrogen content,ethanol soluble extract content,amylase activity and TLC identification of samples with different irradiation sterilization doses were basically consistent with those of non-irradiated samples.Conclusion 60Co-γray irradiation sterilization have no significant effect on the quality of endothelium corneum raw powder.6 kGy irradiation dose is suitable for sterilization of endothelium corneum raw powder,which can meet the requirements of product quality.
