摘要
高等学校内涵式发展需要大批管理理念先进、管理方法科学和管理手段专业的高素质干部队伍。通过对江苏省15所"双一流"高等学校中层干部和相关专家等进行问卷调查和深度访谈发现,目前高等学校中层干部考核工作存在考核指标体系不健全、考核主体及考核方式不完善、考核结果反馈和运用不充分等问题。对此,要构建科学的考核指标体系、完善考核主体和考核方式以及建立考核结果反馈运用保障机制等,以期为完善中层干部考核与评价工作,进一步促进高等学校内涵式发展提供新思路。
The connotative development of colleges and universities requires a large number of high-quality cadres with advanced management concepts,scientific and professional management methods.Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with middle-level cadres in 15"double first-class"colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province,it is found that there are several problems in the assessment of middle-level cadres,such as the imperfect system and index,the imperfect subject and method,the inadequate feedback and application of the results.In order to improve the assessment and evaluation of middle-level cadres and further promote the connotative development of colleges and universities,it is suggested to build a scientific assessment system and index system,improve the subjects and methods,and establish a guarantee mechanism for the feedback and application of the results.
