摘要
从中小学教师最需具备的基本教育理论视角出发,采用调查问卷的方法随机抽取长春地区480名中小学教师进行教育理论培训需求调查。根据调查结果提出调整中小学教师教育理论培训时间、丰富教育理论培训内容、完善教育理论培训形式、创设教育理论培训新途径的建议。
From the perspective of the general theory of education which the primary and secondary school teachers must hold,this paper designs a questionnaire for the 480 primary and secondary school teachers who have been selected randomly in order to carry out the survey into the needs for educational theory in the teacher training.Based on the survey,training sessions on educational theory must be offered in due course;the content of the educational theory needs to be enriched;its training mode is supposed to be changed for the sake of effectiveness;some suggestions are also put forward in order to adopt the innovative approach to the training for educational theory.
