摘要
高职招生方式的多元化,为职业教育带来了新的挑战。以“Coreldraw服装款式图绘画”课程为例,文章将技术优势和教育规律相互结合,构建基于混合式教学的班内分层教学模式,满足多元化生源结构背景下学生的个性化学习需求;分别从线上教学设计、线下教学设计和过程化考核三个方面阐述分层教学的具体实现方法,并通过问卷调查和考核数据等对比分层教学效果。
Diversity of higher vocational enrollment brings challenges to vocational education.Taking the course of"Coreldraw Fashion Style Drawing"as an example,this paper combines the technical advantages with the law of education to build a hierarchical teaching mode in the class based on mixed teaching,so as to meet the personalized learning needs of students under the background of diversified student source structure.It expounds the concrete realization methods of stratified teaching from the three aspects of online teaching design,offline teaching design and process assessment,and compares the effects of stratified teaching through questionnaire survey and assessment data.
