摘要
设计了一种用于装配驾驶室内零部件的流水小车,包括多个车体,多个车体按照首尾相接的形式进行连接,每个车体的上侧面设有用于支撑驾驶室框架的支撑盘,相邻两个车体之间通过铰接机构进行连接,车体的一侧通过连接件连接有用于装载驾驶室零部件的载物架,设置的载物架随着车体一起移动,且载物架盛载单个驾驶室上所需的全部零部件,这样驾驶室所需的全部零部件随着驾驶室呈流水的形式移动,当到达指定工序时,工人从载物架上拿取工位对应的零部件组装到驾驶室框架上,继而流水线完成后,载物架上的全部零部件也会相应用完,便于清点零部件的数量,从而提高了组装效率与质量。
In this paper,a kind of flow car for assembling the parts in the cab is designed,which includes a plurality of car bodies.The plurality of car bodies are connected in the form of head to tail connection.The upper side of each car body is provided with a support plate for supporting the cab frame.The adjacent two car bodies are connected by an articulated mechanism.One side of the car body is connected with a load for loading the cab parts through a connector Material rack:the set material rack moves with the vehicle body,and the material rack holds all the parts needed on a single cab,so that all the parts needed for the cab move in the form of flowing water with the cab.When the designated process is reached,the workers take the parts corresponding to the work position from the material rack and assemble them on the cab frame.After the assembly line is completed,the All spare parts will be used up accordingly,which is convenient for counting the number of spare parts and improving the assembly efficiency and quality.
