摘要
以采用部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构的装配式建筑集成技术试验楼的应用为基础,对部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构的设计(结构计算、构件设计、关键构件连接节点设计等)、构件生产安装施工等方面进行探索和研究。结果表明,部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构与预应力混凝土空心板组合应用,在构件制作和节点连接方面能够大幅度提高组合结构预制化和装配化水平,大大减少现场湿作业,加快施工速度,提高施工效率,该技术为推动高效的装配式结构体系在我国应用及发展积累了经验。
Based on the application of the prefabricated building integrated technology test building with partially encased composite structure of steel and concrete,the design of partially encased composite structure of steel and concrete was explored and studied including structural calculation,component design and key component connection joint design,and component production and installation construction was also explored and studied.The results show that the combined application of partially encased composite structure of steel and concrete and prestressed concrete hollow slab can greatly improve the prefabricated and assembling level of composite structure in the aspects of component fabrication and joint connection,greatly reduce the wet operation on site,accelerate the construction speed,improve the construction efficiency.This technology has accumulated experience for promoting the application and development of high-efficiency fabricated structural system in China.
