摘要
甲基苯丙胺,又称为"冰毒",是一种成瘾性很高的兴奋剂。甲基苯丙胺的滥用已成为全世界普遍存在的公共卫生问题,而目前使用的药物替代疗法和心理疗法并不能满足其临床需求。近年来,免疫疗法已逐渐发展成为防治甲基苯丙胺药物滥用的一种非常有潜力的手段,它通过隔离药物使其不能进入血脑屏障从而减少药物的中枢神经系统毒性和奖赏效应,进而治疗成瘾行为。本文综述了主动免疫和单克隆抗体治疗甲基苯丙胺成瘾的研究进展,并对其未来的前景进行了展望。
Methamphetamine, also known as "ice", is a highly addictive stimulant. At present, the abuse of methamphetamine is a widespread health problem, and the drug replacement therapy and psychotherapy currently cannot meet the clinical needs of drug abuse. Recently, immunotherapy has become one of the most promising method for the treatment of methamphetamine abuse. Immunotherapy blocks methamphetamine in the periphery and make it unable to enter the blood-brain barrier, thereby reducing the toxicity and reward effects of drugs and preventing addiction. The present review summaries the research progress of active immunization and monoclonal antibody in the treatment of methamphetamine addiction, and the future prospects are prospected.
