摘要 基于激光同轴送粉沉积技术,对316L不锈钢增材制造构件的成形控制进行研究。分析了打印平面位置及层高对接头尺寸的影响,建立了接头尺寸和工艺参数之间的回归关系模型。结果表明,当打印平面处于激光焦点所在的平面时,打印平面随实际层高的波动会发生自动反馈调节的过程;实际层高随设定层高进行自动调节,直到实际层高和设定层高基本保持一致,不同粉末沉积率下存在最佳的层高设定值;得到接头尺寸和工艺参数之间的回归模型,并优化工艺制备出成形较好的单壁和实体增材构件。 Based on laser coaxial powder feeding deposition technology,the forming control of 316L stainless steel additive manufacturing components was studied.The influence of printing plane position on joint size and layer height on joint size is analyzed,and regression relationship model between joint size and process parameters is established.The results show that when the printing plane is on the plane where the laser focus is,the fluctuation of the printing plane with the actual layer height will occur an automatic feedback adjustment process;the actual layer height will be automatically adjusted with the set layer height until the actual layer height and the set layer height are basically consistent,and there is an optimal layer height setting value under different powder deposition rates;the return between joint size and process parameters is obtained.The single wall and solid additive components with good shape were prepared by optimizing the process.
