摘要
传统的新型卫星公用平台开发一般借助于工程项目初样研制,采用结构星、电性星乃至热控星的形式,验证平台功能和性能,再经过正样产品飞行验证后,形成公用平台用于后续项目研制,所需资源大、耗时长。文章提出的采用"一星多用"的新平台开发验证管理模式,研制一颗工程星替代以往初样星,结合单机、分系统的验证,实施所有重大关键技术攻关与验证,同时建立平台开发与卫星研制一体化管理体系,通过规范流程、搭建通用化验证平台等手段,既验证了平台技术能力,又可与平台的工程应用实现有效衔接。东方红四号增强型卫星平台(DFH-4E)采用此开发管理模式,实现新平台开发的"快、好、省",为后续新平台开发提供了借鉴和参考。
The traditional development of new satellite public platform generally uses the form of structural model,electrical model and even thermal model to verify the function and performance of the platform in the initial sample development stage of a satellite,and then forms a public platform for subsequent satellite manufacture after the flight verification of the spacecraft.This mode requires large resources and takes a long time.In this paper,a new platform development and verification management mode of“one satellite,multi-purpose”is proposed.An engineering satellite is developed to replace the previous prototype satellite.Combined with the verification of unit and subsystem,all major key technologies are tackled and verified.At the same time,an integrated management system for platform development and satellite manufacture is established.Through standardizing the process and building a universal verification platform,etc,it not only verifies the technical ability of the platform,but also effectively connects with the engineering application of the platform.DFH-4E satellite platform adopts this development management mode to realize the“fast,good and provincial”development of the new platform,which provides reference for the subsequent development of new platform.
