摘要
方竹笋,南川金佛山五绝之一,既可鲜食,也可制成干笋。普通竹笋多在春季抽发,而方竹笋却生于秋。每年八月到十月,潮湿多雾的金佛山里,方竹笋就会从高海拔处向低海拔处渐次萌发。万笋涌动的时节,竹林里总能见到笋农佝偻的身影。采笋虽苦,但背篓里的方竹笋,却是金佛山这片金山银山赋予笋农们最好的丰收之礼——目前,南川方竹笋种植面积达23万亩,年产量约3万吨,带动近5万笋农脱贫增收。
Square bamboo shoots,one of the five featured products of Mount Jinfo in Nanchuan,can be eaten raw or made into dried bamboo shoots.Ordinary bamboo shoots usually sprout in spring,while square bamboo shoots begin to bud in autumn.Each year from August to October,square bamboo shoots sprout from high altitude to low altitude in the humid and foggy Mount Jinfo.At the time of harvest,figures of bamboo shoots farmers can be seen everywhere in the bamboo forest.The square bamboo shoots,though hard to pick,are the best gift given to the farmers by Mount Jinfo,which is hailed as a silver and gold mountain by local people.At present,the area under square bamboo shoots cultivation in Nanchuan is 230,000 mu,with an annual output of about 30,000 tons,bringing income to nearly 50,000 bamboo shoot farmers and driving them out of poverty.
