国民政府时期西藏籍学生赴内地求学史实研究 被引量:5

Research on Tibetan Students’ Studying in Hinterland during the National Government Period

摘要 近代以来,边疆教育作为培育边疆学生国家认同的重要措施,发挥了促进多民族国家整合的重要作用。国民政府时期西藏学生赴内地求学作为中央政府治藏政策的重要一环,得到中央政府和部分藏族人士的大力支持。为此,中央政府制定了一系列边疆教育政策并开辟多种就学渠道,近百名西藏籍学生得以进入中央陆军军官学校、北方军官学校、国立边疆学校、北平蒙藏学校、西藏班禅驻京办公处附设补习学校等内地院校学习。这一举措不仅培养了新型"民族精英",也培育和强化了西藏籍学生的国家认同,他们在维护汉藏团结、搭建中央与西藏地方关系、维护国家统一和领土完整上发挥过积极作用。 Since modern times,education of students in the border regions as a special tool to cultivate the students’ national identity,plays an important role in promoting the integration of China as a multi-ethnic country. As an important part of the central government’s policy of administering Tibet,Tibetan students’ coming to hinterland regions for study was strongly supported by the central government and some Tibetans during the period of the National Government. Accordingly,the Central Government has formulated a series of frontier education policies and opened up various channels of schooling,and nearly 100 Tibetan students have been able to study at the Central Army Officers’ School,the Northern Officers’ School,the National Frontier School,the Peking Mongolian and Tibetan School,and the Supplementary Schools attached to the Beijing Office of the Panchen Lama. This initiative not only cultivates a new type of "ethnic elite",but also cultivates and strengthens the national identity of Tibetan students. They have played an active role in safeguarding unity between Han and Tibetan,building relations between the central government and local Tibet,and safeguarding national unity and territorial integrity.
