摘要
目的探讨团体沙盘游戏对肿瘤外科护士情绪管理、主观幸福感、工作满意度的影响。方法按照整群随机抽样方法选取2019年10月至12月本院肿瘤外科的38名护士作为研究对象,采用团体沙盘游戏进行情绪管理干预。比较干预前、后护士情绪管理量表、主观幸福感量表、护士工作满意度量表评分。结果干预后,肿瘤外科护士情绪管理量表情绪觉察、情绪表达、情绪调整、情绪运用评分及总均分均都显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,肿瘤外科护士主观幸福感量表中对生活的满足和兴趣、忧郁或愉快的心境、对健康的担忧、对情感和行为的控制、松弛与紧张(焦虑)评分及总分均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,肿瘤外科护士工作满意度量表的同事关系、被表扬和认可、控制与责任、互动机会、家庭/工作平衡评分及总均分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过团体沙盘游戏可以显著改善护士的情绪管理和主观幸福感、工作满意度的状况,进而提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of group sandplay on emotional management,subjective well-being and job satisfaction of nurses in oncological surgery department.Methods According to the method of cluster random sampling,38 nurses in oncological surgery department of our hospital from October to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and group sandplay was used for emotional management intervention.The scores of the emotional management scale,subjective well-being scale and nurse job satisfaction scale were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of emotion awareness,emotion expression,emotion adjustment,emotion utilization and the total average score of the emotional management scale in oncological surgery department nurses were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction and interest in life,melancholy or happy mood,health concerns,control of emotion and behavior,relaxation and tension(anxiety)scores and total score of subjective well-being scale in oncological surgery department nurses were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of colleague relationship,praise and recognition,control and responsibility,interaction opportunity,family/work balance and total average score of job satisfaction scale in oncological surgery department nurses were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group sandplay can significantly ameliorate the emotional management,subjective well-being and job satisfaction of nurses,so as to improve the quality of nursing service.
