乡村振兴视域下乡村体育旅游发展价值、困境及路径选择

Development Values,Difficulties and Path Selection of Rural Sports Tourism from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

“乡村振兴”国家战略中的乡村体育旅游发展具有鲜明的时代价值:促进乡村经济结构调整与文化多元发展,以及实现政治建设需求。然而乡村体育旅游发展受经济发展负面影响、政策落实矛盾凸显、旅游开发主体矛盾、乡村产业结构单一、乡村体育文化异化等现实困境制约,需要在“政府、社会、个人”维度上构建出符合乡村体育旅游的发展路径:政府层面,健全保障机制、加快资源整合,构建产业融合机制;社会层面,打造文化品牌、革新人才培养模式,提高社会组织治理能力;个人层面,提高开发商责任意识、拓宽居民利益诉求。总之,政府、社会、个人需要协同发力,助推乡村体育旅游发展。

The rural sports tourism's development with the national strategy of"rural revitalization"has obvious value of this era:promoting the adjustment of rural economic structure and diversified cultural development as we ll as realizing political construction needs.However,the development of rural sports tourism is restricted by negative impact of economic development,obvious conflicts when policies are implemented,principal contradiction when doing tourism development,single rural industrial structure,rural sports cultural dissimilation,so we need to build development paths that are suitable for the rural sports tourism at"government,society and individual"dimensi ons:at the government level,to improve the protection mechanism,speed up the resources integration andbuild industrial integration mechanism;at the society level,to create a cultural brand,innovate talent training mode,improve the governance capacity of social organizations;at the individual level,the developer should increase the sense of responsibility and increase the interests of residents.In short,the government,society and individuals need to work together to improve the development of rural sports tourism.
