基于寒地环境适应性的辽东湾新区办公建筑组团设计

摘要 在办公建筑组团设计中,对于环境的思考不应仅局限于气候条件,城市肌理及空间逻辑的作用均不可忽视。建筑与环境的呼应关系是一个动态适应的过程。确立建筑与环境交互、感应与调控机制,能够加强建筑与环境的适应度,为建筑设计的合理性提供充分依据。文章以环境适应性为切入点,通过三个方面深入探讨办公建筑组团的设计逻辑。首先,通过对城市结构的梳理,构建城市核心集群,接榫城市未来的发展趋势;其次,通过对单体建筑形态的推敲,营造丰盈的院落空间,引入阳光缓解冬季的冰冷,塑造竖向屏障阻挡寒风侵袭,形成空间层级,削弱不利风势;最后,通过对功能布局的调整,形成集约、高效的办公空间,打造便捷、舒适的功能流线。将上述机制与数字技术相结合,通过"寻优机制"和"综合决策"进行模拟分析,推演出适宜区域环境的办公建筑组团设计。 In the design of office building group,the consideration of environment should not be limited to climate conditions,and the role of urban texture and spatial logic should also not be ignored.The correspondence between architecture and environment is a process of dynamic adaptation.The establishment of the interaction,induction and regulation mechanism between architecture and environment can enhance the adaptability of architecture and environment,and provide a more sufficient basis for the rationality of architectural design.Based on the environmental adaptability,this paper discusses the design logic of office building group from three aspects.First of all,through sorting out the urban structure,the urban core cluster is built to conform to the future development trend of the city.Secondly,through the deliberation of the single building form,a rich courtyard space is created to introduce sunlight to alleviate the cold winter,create a vertical barrier to block the cold wind and form a spatial level to weaken the adverse wind.Finally,through the adjustment of the functional layout,an intense and high efficient office space is created to create a convenient and comfortable function streamline.Combining the above mechanism with digital technology,through simulation analysis of"optimization mechanism"and"comprehensive decisionmaking",the office building group design suitable for regional environment is proposed.
