摘要
教师人文素养是教师所具有的人文精神,以及教师在日常活动中体现出来的思想、道德、心理、性格和思维模式等方面的气质与修养。洛克在《教育漫话》中篇“道德教育”中提出的父母为儿童选择理想教师时所注重的因素值得深思。以此为启发,我们提出了教师人文素养学习的五个方面:良好的教养与礼仪,高水准的世事洞明与人情练达,终身学习的学者风格,忍者仁心的大成典范,勤勉谨慎的行事自觉。在解读以上五个教师人文素养维度内涵与特质的基础上,诠释教师形象,重塑教师典范,有利于加强新时代教师队伍建设目标的实现。
Teachers’humanistic literacy lies in teachers’humanistic ideology,and the temperament and cultivation in their thoughts,morals,psychology,personality and thinking patterns reflected in their daily activities.The factors that Locke mentioned in the second part of Some Thoughts Concerning Education about the importance of parents in choosing the ideal teacher for children are worth pondering.Inspired by this,five aspects of teachers’humanistic literacy learning are put forward:good upbringing and etiquette,high level of insight and human experience,a scholarly style of lifelong learning,a model of tolerance and benevolence,and diligent and conscientious behavior.On the basis of interpreting the connotations and characteristics of the above five humanistic qualities of teachers,interpreting the image of teachers and reshaping the model of teachers are conducive to the realization of strengthening the construction of teachers in the new era.
