摘要
C9高校是我国顶尖大学联盟,通过对其就业质量报告进行系统梳理和定量分析,可以研判现阶段高等教育与未来就业需求的匹配程度。基于C9高校2017—2019年毕业生就业质量报告,从毕业人数及就业率、就业地域分布、就业结构以及就业单位性质角度分析发现,C9高校本科毕业生近七成选择升学,且以国内升学为主;在选择就业的毕业生中,其主要流向为企业单位;在地域选择上,一线城市和属地城市就业的比例较高。由此建议,应当顺应就业趋势,适时调整培养模式;兼顾区域发展,平衡地区间就业比例;建立招生就业联动制度,培养学生学习迁移能力。
By systematically sorting out and quantitatively analyzing the employment quality reports of C9 universities,top university alliance in China,the degree of matching between higher education at present and future employment needs is revealed.The employment quality reports of undergraduates from C9 universities in 2017-2019 were analyzed in terms of the number of graduates and the employment rate,the geographical distribution of employment,the structure of employment and the nature of the employment unit.It was found that nearly 70%of undergraduates from C9 colleges chose to further their study,and for those who chose to work,they were mainly employed in enterprises with a high proportion of employment in first-tier cities and local cities.Therefore,it is suggested that the training mode should be adjusted in line with the employment trend,regional development should be considered to balance the proportion of employment between regions,and a recruitment and employment linkage system should be established to cultivate students’ability to learn and transfer.
