摘要
安全阀作为承压系统的安全附件,是对承压系统的一层重要的物理防护层,对于不同服役环境下的安全阀,可采用基于风险等级的校验策略。通过对某公司6个业务团队实施安全阀RBI评估技术,解决了装置长周期运行需求与安全阀一年一修的矛盾,在确保安全阀本质安全的前提下,实现安全阀基于风险的分期校验,大幅减少了检维修费用,节约了工时,避免施工作业带来的安全风险。
The relief valve,as a valve accessory of pressure system,is an important physical protection layer for pressure system.For relief valve in different service environments,the risk levels based calibration strategy can be adopted.Through implementation of RBI assessment technology for a company′s six business teams,the contradiction between long-cycle running demand of the unit and yearly repair of relief valve was solved,on the premise of ensuring essential safety of the relief valve,the relief valve staged calibration based on risk was realized,which greatly reduced the maintenance cost,saved man-hours,and avoided the safety risks brought by the construction operations.
