摘要
构建了计及光伏投资方收益与主动管理措施的配电网分布式光伏电源双层规划模型,其中外层规划模型以光伏投资方年净收益最大为目标优化光伏电源的安装容量,内层规划模型则通过源/网/荷综合主动管理措施对光伏电源的出力削减量进行优化以实现光伏电源的年消纳率最大的目标。同时利用改进K-means聚类方法对全年不同时段的场景进行聚类缩减,并结合并行差分和声搜索算法求解上述双层规划模型。仿真计算结果验证了所提规划模型及求解方法的合理性。
A bi-level planning model for distributed photovoltaic power generation in distribution network is established,which takes into account the profits of photovoltaic investors and the active management.The outer programming model optimizes the installation capacity of photovoltaic power supply with the aim of maximizing the annual net income of photovoltaic investors,the inner planning model optimizes the output reduction of photovoltaic power supply through active management measures of source/grid/load to achieve the maximum annual absorption rate of photovoltaic power supply.At the same time,the improved K-means clustering method is used to cluster the scenes in different periods of the year,and the parallel differential evolution harmony search algorithm is used to solve the bi-level programming model.The simulation results show that the proposed planning model and solution method are reasonable.
