外泌体调控哺乳动物妊娠作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 外泌体可以携带蛋白质、mRNA、非编码RNA等生物学信息,并传递信息到其他细胞来影响受体细胞功能。在人、鼠、牛、羊、猪等动物的妊娠期间,外泌体可以介导胚胎与母体之间的交流,在妊娠识别、胚胎附植、免疫调控、胚胎发育、分娩等过程中发挥重要作用。本文主要针对外泌体的特性及其在哺乳动物妊娠过程中的功能及其调控机制进行综述,有利于更全面了解哺乳动物妊娠过程中复杂的调控机制。 Exosomes can carry biological information such as proteins,mRNAs and non-coding RNAs,and can transmit information to other cells to affect receptor cell function.During the pregnancy of human,mouse,cow,sheep,pig and other animals,exosomes can mediate the communication between the embryo and the mother,and play an important role in the process of pregnancy recognition,embryo implantation,immune regulation,embryo development,delivery,etc.The study of exosomes in pregnancy facilitates a more comprehensive understanding of pregnancy physiology and pathology.
