一种新型石墨烯改性兔毛针织物的制备与性能模糊评价

摘要 在超声作用下,使用L-半胱氨酸对兔毛纤维进行双向改性处理,制备一种石墨烯改性兔毛纤维。以制备的石墨烯改性兔毛纤维和兔毛纤维为原料,改变二者混纺比,采用半精梳纺纱工艺,制备出功能性的石墨烯改性兔毛针织物,利用模糊数学方法对不同混纺比针织物功能性进行评价。结果表明:添加20%石墨烯改性兔毛纤维,便能解决了纯兔毛纤维成网困难的问题;石墨烯改性兔毛纤维不仅保留了自身亲肤滑爽、透气透湿等优良特性,还增添了远红外保健功能、防紫外功能以及抑菌抗菌功能性;不同混纺比的石墨烯纯兔毛针织物由优到劣为30%、35%、25%、20%、15%、10%、5%、0;当λ≥0.7233时,石墨烯改性兔毛比例为30%、25%和20%的针织物质量效果差异不明显,比例为10%和5%针织物质量效果差异也不明显,比例为0%、15%和35%的针织物各自分为一类;在减小石墨烯改性兔毛纤维用量并满足功能性能的条件下,石墨烯改性兔毛比例为20%的针织物综合性能相对较好。 A graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber was prepared by bidirectional modification of rabbit hair fiber with L-cysteine under the action of ultrasound.Using graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber and rabbit hair fiber as raw materials,the functional graphene-modified rabbit hair knitted fabrics were prepared by semi-combed spinning process with changed blending ratios,and the functions of knitted fabrics with different blending ratios were evaluated by fuzzy mathematics method.The results showed that the difficulty of net formation of pure rabbit hair fiber could be solved by adding 20%graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber,and graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber not only retained its own excellent properties such as skin affinity and smoothness,breathability and moisture permeability,but also added far infrared health care function,UV prevention function,bacteriostatic and antibacterial functions.The order of graphene pure rabbit hair knitted fabrics with different blending ratios from excellent to inferior was 30%,35%,25%,20%,15%,10%,5%,0;whenλ≥0.7223,the proportion of graphene-modified rabbit hair was 30%,the quality effect difference of 25%and 20%knitted fabrics was not obvious,and the difference of 10%and 5%knitted fabrics was not obvious,either;the knitted fabrics with proportions of 0%,15%and 35%were divided into independent categories respectively.Under the condition of reducing the amount of graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber and satisfying the functional properties,the comprehensive properties of knitted fabric with 20%graphene-modified rabbit hair ratio were relatively better.
