体检人群腰高比与血脂、血糖的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between waist height ratio and blood lipid,and blood glucose in physical examination population

摘要 目的探讨健康体检人群腰高比(WHtR)与血脂、血糖等代谢性指标的相关性。方法收集2019年南宁市某单位283名职工的体检资料,以腰高比=0.5作为中心型肥胖的诊断截点,将体检人群分组。比较两组人群的血脂、血糖水平以及脂肪肝、颈动脉粥样硬化检出率的差异;采用Spearman秩相关分析WHtR与血脂、血糖之间的相关性。结果283名受检者中,WHtR>0.5者151人(53.36%),其中男性112人(64.00%),女性39人(36.11%),男女差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);WHtR>0.5组与WHtR≤0.5组的甘油三酯[1.49(1.05~2.08)mmol/L vs 1.06(0.77~1.38)mmol/L]、空腹血糖[5.24(4.97~5.82)mmol/L vs 5.07(4.82~5.47)mmol/L]、高密度脂蛋白[1.27(1.08~1.42)mmol/L vs 1.46(1.22~1.68)mmol/L]比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);WHtR>0.5组的脂肪肝检出率为63.58%、颈动脉粥样硬化检出率为43.05%,明显高于WHtR≤0.5组的20.49%、29.51%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,WHtR分别与空腹血糖、甘油三酯呈正相关(r=0.226、0.396,P<0.05),与高密度脂蛋白负相关(r=-0.420,P<0.05)。结论WHtR与血脂、血糖等代谢性指标具有相关性,是评估预测代谢性疾病的简便指标,维持低WHtR水平对防控代谢性疾病及动脉粥样硬化具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the correlation between waist height ratio(WHtR)and metabolic indexes such as blood lipid and blood glucose in physical examination population.Methods Physical examination data of 283 subjects in a unit of Nanning in 2019 were collected.Taking WHtR=0.5 as the diagnostic cut-off point of central obesity,the physical examination people was divided into two groups.The changes in levels of blood lipid and blood glucose,detection rate of fatty liver,and carotid atherosclerosis between two groups were analyzed.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between WHtR and blood lipid,and blood glucose,respectively.Results Among 283 subjects,151(53.36%)had WHtR>0.5,including 112 males(64.00%)and 39 females(36.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TG,FPG,HDLC were 1.49(1.05-2.08)mmol/L,5.24(4.97-5.82)mmol/L,1.27(1.08-1.42)mmol/L in WHtR>0.5 group versus 1.06(0.77-1.38)mmol/L,5.07(4.82-5.47)mmol/L,1.46(1.22-1.68)mmol/L in WHtR≤0.5 group,showing statistically significant difference(all P<0.05).Detection rate of fatty liver and carotid atherosclerosis in WHtR>0.5 group were 63.58%and 43.05%,which were significantly higher than corresponding 20.49%and 29.51%in WHtR≤0.5 group(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that WHtR was positively correlated with FPG and TG(r=0.226,r=0.396,P<0.05),while negatively correlated with HDLC(r=-0.420,P<0.05).Conclusion WHtR is correlated with metabolic indexes such as blood lipid and blood glucose,which is a simple index for evaluating and predicting metabolic diseases.Maintaining low WHtR level is of great significance in preventing and controlling metabolic diseases and atherosclerosis.
