腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇产科急腹症的应用价值研究

Application value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology

目的:探究在妇产科急腹症患者诊断中予以腹部超声联合阴道超声的应用价值。方法:本研究样本从本院妇产科急腹症患者中选取,研究时间始于2018年4月,止于2019年4月,总例数为100,其中胚胎停止发育25例、肿瘤破裂扭转19例、异位妊娠破裂20例、宫颈宫腔粘连15例、黄体破裂21例,分别对所有患者予以腹部超声、阴道超声、腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断,对比其诊断准确率。结果:研究明确,在阴道超声诊断中,各项疾病诊断准确率分别为胚胎停止发育80.0%、肿瘤破裂扭转78.9%、异位妊娠破裂65.0%、宫颈宫腔粘连66.7%、黄体破裂90.5%;在腹部超声诊断中,各项疾病诊断准确率分别为胚胎停止发育64.0%、肿瘤破裂扭转52.6%、异位妊娠破裂50.0%、宫颈宫腔粘连60.0%、黄体破裂80.9%;在腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断中,各项疾病诊断准确率分别为胚胎停止发育96.0%、肿瘤破裂扭转100.0%、异位妊娠破裂100.0%、宫颈宫腔粘连93.3%、黄体破裂95.2%。其中联合诊断准确率最高(P<0.05)。结论:据此研究明确,在妇产科急腹症患者诊断中予以腹部超声联合阴道超声,能明确改善患者诊断质量,降低误诊漏诊率。

Objective:To explore the application value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:The sample of this study was selected from patients with acute abdomen in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital.The study time began in April 2018 and ended in April 2019.The total number of cases was 100.Among them,25 cases of embryos stopped developing and tumors ruptured and reversed.19 cases,20 cases of ectopic pregnancy rupture,15 cases of cervical uterine adhesion,21 cases of corpus luteum rupture,all patients were diagnosed with abdominal ultrasound,vaginal ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound,and their diagnostic accuracy was compared.Results:The study clearly showed that in the diagnosis of vaginal ultrasound,the diagnostic accuracy rates of various diseases were 80.0%of embryo stop development,78.9%of tumor rupture and torsion,65.0%of ectopic pregnancy rupture,66.7%of cervical uterine adhesion,and 90.5%of corpus luteum rupture;In the diagnosis of abdominal ultrasound,the diagnostic accuracy rates of various diseases were 64.0%of embryo stop development,52.6%of tumor rupture and torsion,50.0%of ectopic pregnancy rupture,60.0%of cervical uterine adhesion,and 80.9%of corpus luteum;ultrasound combined with vagina In ultrasound diagnosis,the diagnostic accuracy rates of various diseases were 96.0%of embryonic arrest,100.0%of tumor rupture,100.0%of ectopic pregnancy,93.3%of cervical adhesions,and 95.2%of corpus luteum.Among them,the accuracy of combined diagnosis was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to this study,it is clear that in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound can clearly improve the quality of diagnosis and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
