摘要
临床教学活动是培养学生临床思维,提高学生理论应用能力和实践能力,培养学生社会责任感和人文精神的重要途径。笔者探讨了如何运用PDCA管理方法提高临床教学活动执行率与教学效果,从而提升教学医院医学人才培养能力。教学系统监测数据显示,科室教学活动计划制定率、执行率达到100%,学生对教学活动规范性、教学效果等方面的综合评价平均分为97.3分,对教学活动中教师的教学态度、能力、效果等方面均较为满意。运用PDCA管理方法可有效提高教学活动执行率和教学效果,对提升医院教学质量与育人能力具有重要作用。
Clinical teaching is an important way to cultivate students’clinical thinking,improve their theoretical application ability and practical ability,and cultivate their sense of social responsibility and humanistic spirit.The authors discussed the methods to improve the implementation rate and teaching effect in clinical teaching activities with PDCA management,so as to improve the training ability of medical personnel in teaching hospitals.The monitoring data of the teaching system showed that the planning rate and implementation rate of the teaching activities in the department reached 100%.The students scored an average of 97.3 in the comprehensive evaluation on standardization of teaching activities and teaching effect,and were satisfied with teaching attitude,ability and effect of the teachers in the teaching activities.The application of PDCA management can effectively improve the implementation rate and teaching effect of teaching activities,and play an important role in improving teaching quality and educational ability of hospitals.
