摘要
介绍了中国无机铝铁盐行业在混凝剂应用方面60 a来的发展历程,包括一些重点混凝剂(聚硫酸铁、聚氯化铁、聚氯化铝和硫酸铝)的制备方法和工艺流程如铝灰法、铝酸钙法、氢氧化铝酸溶法、空气/氧气氧化法等;以及国内各大水厂/企业使用混凝剂的发展历史和现状。最后对铝铁盐行业的未来发展趋势进行了展望:混凝理论有待进一步发展、开发新型复合混凝剂投入实际生产应用并倡导用户避免走进"药剂纯度越高,效果越好"这一误区。
The development history of China′s aluminum-and-iron salt industry in coagulant application including the production technology and processes of some key coagulants(polymeric ferric sulfate,polymeric ferric chloride,polymeric aluminum chloride and aluminum sulfate),such as aluminum ash method,calcium aluminate method,aluminum hydroxide acid method,air/oxygen oxidation method and so on,in past 60 years was introduced.The development history and current status of coagulants using in China′s water treatment factory and enterprise were also reviewed.Finally,an outlook on the future trends of the aluminum and iron salt industry was presented:the theory of coagulation needs to be further developed,the developmen of new composite coagulant needs to be applied into practical production,and there is a misunderstanding should be awared,that is"the higher the purity,the better the effect".
