Construction of College Students’Employment Information Service System in the Era of Big Data

【目的/意义】高校毕业生的就业关乎千家万户的幸福,关系着社会的和谐稳定,促进高校毕业生高质量就业应摆在突出位置。【方法/过程】以当前大学生就业为研究对象,探究了目前高校大学生就业信息服务体系的构建现状,通过对当前大学生就业难原因的综合分析,结合当前大数据环境背景构建高校大学生就业信息服务体系。【结果/结论】通过对大学生就业信息服务体系的构建,为大学生就业提供更加有力的信息支持,是解决大学生就业问题的有效措施。

【Purpose/significance】The employment of college graduates is related to the happiness of thousands of families and the stability of the society.It is important to promote the high-quality employment of college graduates.【Method/process】Taking the current employment of college students as the research object,this paper explores the current situation of the construction of employment information service system for college students,and constructs the employment information service system for college students by comprehensively analyzing the causes of the current employment difficulties of college students and combining with the background of the current big data environment.【Result/conclusion】To provide more powerful information support for college students’employment through the construction of information service system is an effective measure to solve the problem of college students’employment.
