智慧广电发射台网建设研究

Research on Management Network Construction of Smart Radio and Television Transmitting Station

运用5G、AI、3D GIS、物联网等技术,基于标准统一、平台统一、网络统一、系统统一、中心统一的目标,遵循整体规划、模块开发、分期建设、逐步完善的原则,建设智慧广电发射台管理平台,作为“智慧台网”的“智慧末梢”。智慧广电发射台管理平台接入省级智慧广电发射管理平台,实现省内广电发射台的远程可管可控,最终完成“一张网、一中心、一平台”的全国智慧广电发射管理平台的建设。通过三级智慧广电发射管理平台建设,实现全国广电发射台在3D视频融合可视化条件下的统一业务指挥、统一资产调度、统一安播规范和统一运维标准的建设,促进全国广电发射行业的创新发展。

Using 5G,AI,3D GIS,Internet of Things and other technologies,and based on the goals of unification of standards,platforms,networks,systems,and centers,follow the principles of overall planning,module development,phased construction,and gradual improvement to build management platform of smart radio and television transmitting station,which serves as“smart terminal”of“smart station network”.Management platform of smart radio and television transmitting station is connected to management platform of provincial smart radio and television transmitting station to realize remote management and control of radio and television transmitting stations in the province,and finally complete national smart radio and television transmitting management platform of"one network,one center,one platform".A three-level smart radio and television transmitting management platform can realize unified business command,unified asset scheduling,unified safe broadcast specification and unified operation and maintenance standard of national radio and television transmitting stations under the condition of 3D video integration and visualization,and promote innovation and development of national radio and television transmission industry.
