摘要
应用单因素试验和响应面法优化超声波辅助双水相提取黑果枸杞原花青素工艺,利用BBD模型对乙醇体积分数、硫酸铵质量浓度、料液比、超声时间和超声功率等提取参数进行了优化,选取最优条件。结果表明,超声波辅助双水相提取黑果枸杞原花青素最佳工艺条件在乙醇体积分数为61%,硫酸铵质量浓度为0.24 g/mL,料液比为1∶26,超声时间为49 min,超声功率为220 W的条件下,黑果枸杞原花青素提取率达到6.113%。
Single factor experiment and response surface methodology were used to optimize the ultrasonic assisted aqueous two-phase extraction of proanthocyanidins from Lycium ruthenicum Murr..Five key factors including ethanol volume fraction,ammonium sulfate concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power were selected by one-factor-at-a-time experiments.The results showed that the optimum conditions of ultrasonic assisted aqueous two-phase extraction of Proanthocyanidins from Lycium ruthenicum Murr.were as follows:ultrasonic time for 49 min at 220 W ultrasonic power with 61%ethanol volume and 0.24 g/mL ammonium sulfate,the extraction yield of Proanthocyanidins from Lycium ruthenicum Murr.reached 6.113%.
