摘要
将烷基化改性后的超纯煤和炭黑作为刚性粒子与丁苯橡胶共混,制备聚合物复合材料,对超纯煤/炭黑填充丁苯橡胶复合材料的力学性能、断裂行为进行研究。结果表明,烷基化改性有利于煤粉在复合材料中的分散;在煤表面接枝了长链的烷基,使煤与丁苯橡胶复合材料拉伸强度有所提高;弹性模量在炭黑加入下有所降低;改性后超纯煤的复合材料断裂伸长率高于炭黑。
The ultra-pure coal is blended with SBR after alkylation as well as carbon black to be the rigid particles are studied to prepare for coal-based polymer composites.The mechanical properties and the breaking Phenomenon of ultra-pure coal/carbon black filled SBR composites were investigated,which show that the alkylated coal is in favor of composites scattered.The Friedel-Crafts alkylation grafts alkyl chain on the coal surface to improve the tensile strength of the ultra-pure coal and SBR composites.Modulus of elasticity reduced once mixed the carbon black.Elongation at break of alkylation ultra-pure coal is higher than carbon black.
