基于文献计量学和可视化工具分析独活寄生汤临床用药特征及研究热点

Analysis of clinical characteristics and research hotspots of Duhuo Jisheng decoction based on bibliometrics and visualization Tools

目的:分析独活寄生汤对治疗不同病症的独特之处,探寻独活寄生汤所治疗疾病规律,以供临床应用参考。方法:检索范围包括中国知网数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库等7个文库,检索1997-2019年收录于这7个文库中独活寄生汤的临床研究文献,以"独活寄生汤""临床"为关键词进行高级检索。结果:独活寄生汤主要用于治疗痹症、炎症骨性疾病等,围绕肝肾亏虚型、气虚血瘀型和风寒湿痹型的相关证型。临床上根据患者实际情况加减用药,达到祛风湿,补益肝肾。结论:独活寄生汤在临床上被广泛应用,于临床上具有得天独厚的优势。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the unique features of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of different diseases and to explore the regularity of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in treating diseases for reference of clinical application.METHODS Databases of CNKI,VIP,SinoMed and Wanfang Database were searched from 1997 to 2019 for the relevant clinical literatures of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Advanced retrieval was conducted with"Duhuo Jisheng Decoction"and"clinical"as keywords.Results Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is mainly used to treat arthralgia and inflammatory bony disease with the syndrome types of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type,Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type and wind Cold Wet Arthralgia Type.According to the actual situation of patients,the clinicians could add or subtract the medicine to dispel wind and humidity and benefit the liver and kidney.Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is widely used in clinical practice and has unique advantages in clinical practice.
