玻璃纤维复合材料的合成机理及应用研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 玻璃纤维是一种由二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼和氧化镁等成分组成的无机非金属材料。玻璃纤维的制备过程主要是熔融玻璃在重力作用下流过特质衬套,通过在衬套中的上千个喷头,然后再经过后期处理得到玻璃纤维。经过多年的发展,其在航空、国防领域、建筑材料领域、水泥基材领域和高分子领域等领域有着广泛的应用。本文将从玻璃纤维的分类、合成机理和应用等方面进行综述,并对玻璃纤维及其复合材料的发展前景进行展望。 Glass fiber is an inorganic non-metallic material composed of silica,alumina,calcium oxide,boron oxide and magnesium oxide.The preparation process of the glass fiber is mainly that the molten glass flows through the special bushing under the action of gravity,through the thousands of nozzles on the bushing.Then the glass fiber is obtained by post-processing.After years of development,it has been widely used in the fields of aviation,defense,building materials,cement base materials and polymers.The classification,synthesis mechanism and application of glass fiber were summarized,and the development prospect of glass fiber and its composite materials was prospected.
