多维度健康宣教护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖及妊娠结局的影响

Impact of Multidimensional Health Education Nursing on Blood Glucose and Pregnancy Outcome of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨多维度健康宣教护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者92例,随机分为两组各46例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施多维度健康宣教护理。比较两组的血糖指标及妊娠结局。结果干预后,两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著低于干预前,且观察组的各指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局发生率为19.57%,显著低于对照组的67.39%(P<0.05)。结论多维度健康宣教护理可降低妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the impact of multidimensional health education nursing on blood glucose and pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 92 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multidimensional health education nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose indicators and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and all indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 19.57%,significantly lower than 67.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidimensional health education nursing can reduce the blood glucose levels and improve pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
