摘要
污水泵站集水池调节容积过大,将会增加工程造价;调节容积过小,将会造成水泵的频繁启停,缩短水泵使用寿命。为了得出合理的集水池容积,根据《室外排水设计规范》(GB 50014—2006)中每小时水泵开动不得超过6次的要求,结合不同的水泵台数和2种水泵启停方案,采用数学建模的方法,对污水泵站集水池容积进行了分析与探讨。结果表明,不同水泵台数及启停方案,集水池容积要求不同,且随着水泵台数的增加,规范要求的最小容积将低于水泵6次/h运行所需的调节容积要求。
A large regulating capacity of sump in sewage pumping station will increase project cost.A small regulating capacity will make the pump frequent start and stop,shorten service life of the pump.In order to obtain optimum volume of wastewater collection tank,according to requirement of Code for Design of Outdoor Wastewater Engineering(GB 50014—2006)that one pump must start on less than 6 times per hour,combined with different number and two pump on-off schemes,volume of wastewater collection tank in sewage pumping station is analyzed and discussed with the method of mathematical modeling.Results show that the volume requirements of collection tank are different under different number of pumps and pump on-off schemes,and with the increase of the number of pumps,minimum volume value required by code may be lower the regulated volume required for 6 pump runs per hour.
